The in Neuroscience and Cell Biology Graduate Program (PPGNBC) is an integral part of the Institute of Biological Sciences (ICB) of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), comprising: Master and Doctorate Degree in Neurosciences and Cell Biology, with an area of concentration in Neuroscience or Cell Biology.
It is included in the basic area of physiology, and reports to the CAPES “Biological Sciences II (CBII)” committee. It was assessed in 2004 as level 4 for both the master's and doctorate, according to PROCESS No.: 23038.017119 / 2004-21, CONCURRING OPINION CNE / CES No.: 314/2004, approved on November 10, 2004 and published in the official gazette of the union (DOU) on December 21, 2004.
